Encore* – Encore digitally records your call for those who were unable to attend it live or would like to listen again. Accessible via a toll free number for easy, 24/7 access. Convenient and time saving, Encore is one of our most popular features.
Voice Broadcast – Send a phone message, recorded in your own voice, to remind participants about your next conference call. Voice Broadcast is a free messaging service that's an easy-to-use way to reduce "no shows" and increase the effectiveness of your conference.
Participant Report* – Collect information about your participants as they join your conference. Choose between our Standard, Enhanced or Premium options, depending on the amount of information you'd like to collect. The information will be sent to you via fax or email along with the on-the-line times for each participant.
Leader-View* – View participant information and Q&A queue lists via the Internet. With this secure real-time tool, you'll be able to see when key guests arrive and who's on queue to ask a question. Designed for Investor Relations calls and other public events, where visibility is a must.
Web Conferencing* – Keep your guests involved in your conference with one of InterCall's web conferencing solutions. Web conferencing allows you to show a slide presentation, take guests on a virtual web tour, share applications and documents with them – all via their Internet-connected PCs.
Event Registration* – Event Registration helps you manage your large conferences and keep track of participants. You decide what information you would like to gather from each registrant and choose from handy options such as Email Reminders and custom-scripted messages. With both phone and web access to choose from, you can construct an Event Registration program that best suits your needs.
Fax/Email Broadcast* – Send pre or post event messages and documents to all of your guests simultaneously via fax or email.
