To make your reservation, complete the following reservation form. Please complete your booking at least 60 minutes prior to the conference start time. In the event of problems or non-standard bookings, please contact your nearest InterCall Customer Service Agent, and someone will be pleased to assist you.
Select which type of conference you would like to reserve:
- Event Conference Call — Reserve an Event Conference where participants are answered by a live operator who will take and confirm their details before placing them into the call. This entry method allows for accurate capturing of information but is not recommended for very large calls.
- Event Plus — Reserve an Event Conference where participants record their details via an IVR and are placed automatically into the call. This entry method allows participants to join without hold times but the accuracy of the information captured depends on the participant recording the requested details clearly as they join.
- Direct Event — Reserve an Event Conference where participants register their details online prior to the call then join using their unique registrant ID. This entry method allows for accurate capturing of information and no hold time to join the call – the best of both worlds!
- Operator Assisted — Reserve a basic, Operator Assisted conference
- Automated — Reserve an Automated Conference
- Video — Reserve a Video Conference
