Live Meeting 2005 Windows-based Meeting Console Standalone Installer

This download gives organizations the option to manually install the Live Meeting console for computers that are running the Microsoft Windows® operating system and Conference Place, Powered by Microsoft Office Live Meeting 2005.

Live Meeting Add-In Pack:  For Live Meeting 2005

With the Live Meeting Add-In Pack, you can perform conferencing tasks directly from Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, as well as from Windows Messenger, MSN Messenger, and Office Communicator 2005.

Live Meeting Add-In for Outlook

With the Live Meeting Add-In for Outlook, you can:

• Schedule a Live Meeting from Outlook
• Identify individual meeting participants as attendees or presenters
• Send separate invitations for attendees and for presenters
• Specify default meeting options and override those defaults for specific meetings

Live Meeting Add-In for Microsoft Office

• With the Office Collaboration Add-In, you can start a Meet Now meeting directly from Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, or Project. The document appears in an application sharing session.

Live Meeting Add-In for Instant Messaging

• If the recipient also has the Live Meeting Add-In Pack installed, you can start a Live Meeting from Windows Messenger or from MSN Messenger.

Live Meeting Add-In for Lotus Notes

With the Live Meeting Add-In for Lotus Notes, you can:

• Schedule a Live Meeting from Lotus Notes.
• Jump directly to meet now and send an invitation for others to join.
• Login as presenter from Lotus Notes to a scheduled meeting.
• Identify individual meeting participants as attendees or presenters.
• Send separate invitations for attendees and for presenters.
• Specify default meeting options and override those defaults for specific meetings.
• Use the LM Portal to authenticate from Notes to Live Meeting for scheduling or attendance.

Slide Uploader for Microsoft^® Internet Explorer (Standalone Installer)

The Slide Uploader is a tool for presenters to upload Microsoft^® PowerPoint^® slide shows for a meeting. For most presenters, this uploader is installed automatically the first time they attempt to upload slides. For presenters in organizations that have a locked-down desktop environment, the automatic installer may be blocked by the administration policy set by their IT department. For these companies, this manual installer is available for IT departments to distribute and install on behalf of the Conference Place presenters within their organization for uploading PowerPoint slide shows.

Supported Platforms for the Slide Uploader Standalone Installer:

• Microsoft^® Windows^® XP, Windows 2000, Windows NT^®, Windows Me, Windows 98, and Windows 95
• Microsoft^® Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher
